Stolen fixed gear bike!

Last night, my fixie was stolen! The lock was cut off. It sucks big time.

I'm TA-ing brewing!

I am TA-ing FST 102B this spring quarter. I'm pretty excited about this course. Well, who won't be...it's beer! Anyway, I shot this photo the last time I was at the New Belgium Brewing company in Fort Collins, Co. It's a quote from the good ol' SNL character Jack Handy.

It's been a while

It's been a while since I've updated my blog.

At any rate, 2007 have been good to me. I've taken up new things since the start of the new year. For starters, I've begun practicing yoga and pilates which is really good if you want to get good muscle stretches...especially if you go cycling or spinning like me.

Recently, the Amgen Tour of California Stage 2 came through Davis and finished at Sacramento. Of course, I was there at Sac to get a chance to see my favorite cyclists. It was awesome! The peloton had a 3 lap circuit around the capitol. I was standing right after the finish line, in front of the big screen tv (see photo above). The peloton was averaging more than 30mph in the circuit! Considering they came all the way from Santa Rosa and through the Trinity Pass these guys have legs of steel!

I had such an awesome day!!
